James Bates is an accomplished CEO, entrepreneur, and board member who has created and led high-growth execution for several technology companies.Presently, James is CEO and Founder of AdviNOW Medical, the world’s firstArtificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality driven automated medical visit platform.
James conceptualized the idea, wrote the fundamental patents, raised$23 million in capital, recruited the team, and launched the company. James isthe general partner in a Fintech Hedge fund (optionagent.ai) that uses artificialintelligence to deliver market leading returns. James also is managing partner ofA Big Capital, LLC and invests in technology startups, real estate and FinTech.
Walter O’Leary, Managing Partner established South Pointe Capital in 2012 to broaden the geographic footprint of a private equity firm he established in London and Zurich, where his company co-invested in private equity investments with Family Offices throughoutEurope, Latin America and Asia. Since relocating to the US, he has led seed rounds andpre-Series A investment rounds in cybersecurity, fintech, and data centers in Canada.
His model is unique in that he invests and operates to support his curated group of LP investors. Presently, he is raising capital for a data center roll-up strategy that acquires bitcoin mining properties and assets with less than 10MW, transitioning properties to AI inference & HPC compute colocation facilities often doubling power in 30-45 days.
Virgilia Virjoghe is a multilingual strategic brand advisor, speaker, and author with a background in the luxury fashion, technology, and media. Her portfolio includes global brands(Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Norma Kamali), beauty and wellness spas, innovative tech companies in Silicon Valley, real estate and private equity firms.
She is the the Founder and Chief Brand Officer of VV Global Partners, a multi-channel boutique agency that specializes in accelerating business growth and profitability through brand activation events, strategic partnerships, podcasting, and digital platforms. A consistent voice in the branding space, Virgilia shares daily insights across social media and frequently hosts podcasts that explore the intersection of strategy, creativity, and business.
